Blyde River Canyon Trips
One of the great natural wonders in Africa, the Blyde River Canyon is 26km long and 800m deep, making it the third-largest canyon in the southern hemisphere (and a picturesque stopping point on an adventure in South Africa).
It stretches from the misty highlands to the hotter, drier lowlands and sits within the Blyde River Canyon Nature Reserve, which protects the canyon and the Bourke’s Luck Potholes, which we also visit on many of our South Africa trips.
