While walking in the Alps you can also cross the border into to Switzerland. On this part of the route you can hike past wildflower meadows with views of the Trient Glacier towards the chocolate-box Alpine towns of Martigny and Orsières with formidable mountain panoramas as your backdrop.

For a slower pace, why not trek in the Julian Alps in Slovenia, to see the towering Mount Špik and beautiful Higher Falls. On our Slovenia Alps trip, you can also explore the Karavanke Mountain Range and head off the beaten track to hike to the peak of Golica (1836m) for a truly unforgettable view.

I recently completed the Sierra de Aitana trek in Spain with Exodus, and I can confidently say it was an incredible experience. From start to finish, the entire week was filled with breathtaking landscapes, rich history, and a real sense of adventure.
