Signposts on the Tour de Mont Blanc, France

Your words, not ours

This fast-paced journey through Albania gave us a great feel of Albania and covered most of the South. From morning swims in Lake Ohrid to soaking in the hot springs near Permet at sunset and exploring the Adriatic at Porto Palermo. Each day offered something new, with just one night in most hotels to maximize our time. Exploring Berat’s castle in the evening, spotting bunkers across the countryside, and ending in the picture-perfect town of Krujë made for unforgettable moments. Our guide was wonderful—his deep love and knowledge of Albania brought each stop to life.

It’s a fascinating country with a lot to offer. There is so much history and the people are very friendly and genuinely interested in you. I would recommend this trip to anyone.

An enlightening, entertaining experience in a country with a past that most of us can barely begin to comprehend.
Stunning scenery, some ancient architecture, mixed with the more mundane day to day reality of life.

Elizabeth Whitmore Highlights of Albania

Trip performed on period 29 Sep -10 Oct 2024. Namibia is a vast and fascinating country with stunning scenery and different landscapes. Camping in the desert surrounded only by mountains, climbing Dune 40 at sunrise, cycling in very low traffic white&bumping roads, fat-biking over the dunes in Swakopmund, cycling on a reserve closed with rhinos and giraffes, game driving in Etosha park watching elephants, rhinos, giraffes, lions and various other animals. Last, but not the least, we had a very great group (total 12 people). We had a guide, a cooker and a driver taking very good care of all of us. The tour was overall well organized with a good support vehicle. We daily cycled as per trip notes. People were warm and friendly, and we felt always safe.

Visiting Jordan, especially Petra has been on my bucket list for some time. What an amazing country which didn’t disappoint. This started from the earliest moments of flying out there and speaking to Jordanians on the flight I was touched and humbled by their kindness and friendliness. It was my first organised trip and I was somewhat anxious about what to expect, but the people in my group were super. I havent laughed so much in such a long time. It is a full on itinerary but we were looked after so well and given many opportunities to really embrace the authenticity of the country, from visiting the stunning historical sites to walking through the city streets at night and soaking up the spices and culture of the many markets. We had a very comfortable coach with plenty of space for us all and a very safe and careful driver. It was one of the best holidays I have ever had and I am so glad and grateful to have had this wonderful opportunity.

Alexandra Dent A Week in Jordan

A trip full of colour and beautiful buildings. The blue and turquoise colours and the intricate design of the religious buildings are breathtaking.
Our guide Dilshod made the trip with incredible knowledge and passion for his country. The group also contributed to a great trip, all lovely people and we all got on well.
Most of our hotels were well situated. There are so many parks and trees in each town which made walking very pleasant. We felt completely safe at all time. The people are very friendly and welcome tourists.
The only disappointment was our stay in a yurt. The camp lacked atmosphere, no entertainment was provided except half of hour of singing and music organised by our guide who borrowed a nice man from another camp. Exodus should choose another camp or spend another day in the beautiful Samarkand.
