Wow! If it’s adventure you are after, then you’ve come to the right place. Iceland has so much to offer, not only the Northern Lights. There are glacier hikes, caving, surfing, whale watching to name a few activities in Iceland. For the not so physical, there are beautiful waterfalls and amazing landscapes that are breathtaking to say the least. If you have never been to Iceland and you’re contemplating it, do it! You won’t regret it.

Skogafoss Trips
At 25m wide and 60m high, Skogafoss waterfall is something to behold. It’s one of the biggest and most impressive waterfalls in Europe, and the amount of spray often causes single or double rainbows on sunny days, while the roar of what looks almost like a solid wall of water is astonishing. During winter, it’s frozen into an icy blue cascade.

Dave Boothroyd Iceland's Laugavegur TrekA great trip, each day was quite different. Amazing scenery. Walking is all on good tracks. If you like obsidian then there is lots of it on the route. There is a nice natural hot pool at Landmannalaugar. The Flybus transfers work well so it doesn’t matter when you arrive. We had an extra day to fit in with our flights – plenty to do in Reykjavik – we went whale watching, shopping on rainbow street, swimming at the geothermal swimming pool.
Caroline Robinson Iceland's Laugavegur TrekAn amazing walking experience in some of the most spectacular and awe inspiring scenery. Photos really don’t do it justice! Camping isn’t my favourite accommodation but the scenery and experience made up for it. You do need to be prepared to do your bit with food prep, washing up and packing up each day but that helps the group bond. Loved the trip and would highly recommend it.
