COVID and Post-Pandemic Travel

Following severe disruption in 2021-22 during the COVID pandemic, we are happy to now be able to operate our trips on a normal basis.  At Exodus, we understand that for many, COVID remains something to be aware of when making travel plans, and while overseas. We have, therefore, put in place a simple three-point guide to give you that added peace of mind. Wherever you wish to travel, rest assured that you’re in safe hands throughout your adventure with us.

What you need to know:

• You will receive a guaranteed refund if we have to cancel your trip for any reason (in accordance with your Statutory rights).
• Your funds have full financial protection through either our ABTA bonding or ATOL membership.
• We also offer a hassle-free flight booking service for all UK customers, including enhanced flexibility options where available.

*Transferrable deposits

• If you are unable travel or need to change your dates, you will never lose your deposit.
• You may move your deposit to a new booking on a different trip or different date.
• If you are not ready to choose a new travel date, we can hold your money as credit against your name in a ‘suspense account’ for up to 12 months.
• If you need to cancel within 70 days of travel, cancellation fees do apply – see our Terms and Conditions for details.
