Walk of the gods loved the walk but it was too hot, should have walked earlier in the morning when the heat was not so intense some of my fellow travellers whom were older felt ill at the end of the walk . I also felt extremely weak following walk of the gods as I did the last part of walk 12000 steps to Positano.

Took every opportunity to profiteer from the group for example we were over charged as a group on taxi rides in the idle if Capri should have been 20 euros for group of 7 however Eduardo charged 20 euros per person. He used every opportunity to profiteer from group.
This was a wonderful trip that my husband and I throughly enjoyed. It gave us a great opportunity to explore this beautiful region and thanks to Eduardo we were able to really get the most out of the area. Highly recommended!
Arriving in Positano at the end of the steps down from the walk of the gods - a great sense of achievement!
Eduardo was an absolutely fantastic group leader. He made sure we all had a great holiday and his local knowledge was invaluable (particularly when it came to great places for lunch!). He has obvious passion and pride in this beautiful region and it was a pleasure to spend a week with him.
Don't underestimate the spectacular walk of the gods, it was brilliant experience but a little challenging in the summer sunshine (particularly if you do the steps at the end!).
The trip enabled me to achieve my longstanding wish to visit the well-known historic sights of Hecolaneum & Pompeii together with the opportunity to walk amid the stunning scenery of Vesuvius and the Amalfi Coast.
There were many highlights but the views whilst walking on the "Path of the Gods" were breathtaking.
Eduardo had an inside knowledge of the places and its people.
Even in May there were numerous tourists at each of the locations - the Amalfi Coast is no secret but you will probably want to go back again & again.
An excellent trip, with just the right amount of walking, sightseeing and free time, so something for everyone. Full days and lots to see and do within the area.
Completing the 'Walk of the gods' and not having sore feet at the end the 4.5 hour walk, plus 1,700 steps down!! The group were great fun. A variety of ages made it all the more exciting. Vesuvius was also incredible as was Pompeii, Herculanium and Naples. Enjoy the large amounts of delicious ice cream everywhere you go:)
Eduardo was brilliant.From the moment we arrived in Naples he made us feel welcome. Was always happy to answer any questions we had and each night before dinner he told us what was the next days itinerary. He has took us to places that as a tourist you would never find yourself and made each day enjoyable. Interacting with all the group and having a great time. His knowledge of the local area was incredible too and everyone seemed to know him whereever we went!!
Makes sure that you take lots of cash with you. There are a number of cash machines around, but sometimes you need to pay cash to a local guide or taxi so be sure to take enough for the 8 days. Enjoy yourself and the surroundings, it truly is a beautiful part of the world and there is so much to eat, you will certainly never feel starved!
A very full trip but I do feel I’ve seen everything and had a lovely group to enjoy it with.
Being in Pompeii on a free day. What an amazing place. it still feels alive.

The trip may say its relaxing but its not. Well only if you like dashing from place to place with not enough time to really see and hang out in them. Add days on at the end to relax in. Ocotber is a brilliant time to go. Its less busy and a nice temprature 25 ish so seeing the sights and walking up Vesuvius were lovely rather than a trial in the heat. Dont go to Capri, that was a disappointing waste of a day. Expensive, very very busy even in October and sea sickness thrown in. Amalfi, Ravello and Positano are just as nice, less busy and no boat.
The trip was all we could have hoped for and more. Everything went very smoothly, which was largely due to the arrangements made by Exodus and by the expertise of our guide.
Arriving at the top of Vesuvius was special, although Herculaneum came a very close second.
Brilliant in every was imaginable. organisation, compassion, humour, language, absolutely faultless and a credit to the company!

I really enjoyed the ferry rides between the gorgeous Amalfi & Capri harbours. The water is best place to see them from
Eduardo was in control of the trip and to certain degree much of the town as well? An influential person if you know what I mean?
Allow an extra 50 euros budget on top of Exodus version. There are a number of extras not included in trip that you get taken to and expected to pay?
A very good tour for someone who can walk a bit, doesn’t mind steps and appreciates this stay at a hotel in a quiet village above Amalfi.
The walk of the gods was fun and exhillerating. We walked about 5 hours from the hotel all the way to the bottom of the steps at Positano. Couldn't think of a better way to justify a gelato at the end.
Eduardo was punctual, knowledgeable and hard working. Not only is he the village tour guide (he lives there) but he's the village taxi driver and overall entrepreneur. He is the Del Boy of Agerola.
There are many stairs. You are staying at top of a cliff. Everywhere is down. Steps are the norm. There are extra expenses not included in trip notes, such as extra guides, tour buses and entrance fees. We used an extra 50 Euros each which did not include the spare day when we went to Pompei. Bring plenty of room for food. You normally get a 2 hour restaurant stop at lunchtime and there is an excellent 3 or 4 course meal waiting at the hotel too.
A very busy week seeing all the important things on the amalfi coast whilst based in a lovely hotel in tge mountains.
Seeing what the inside of Versuvius looked like! Then visiting Pompei and Herculanium to see the destruction it wrought. Naples. I did not expect to like it and i did.
Eduardo was hard working so everything went seemlessly. Was nice he was italian and knew the area.
Take walking poles for tge walks and a warm layer for the evenings as it chills down because it is high up.
Excellent organized trip. We didn’t have to worry about anything. Eduardo our guide was very helpful and we had all the information we needed.
Amalfi is a very good experience. There are a lot of places to see around and each has a unique experience. It depends a lot on the day and the weather

December can be a bit cold at the place where the hotel is. So don't forget to take warm clothes especially for evening when you dine together with others. If u don't already know, try reading the history as Pompeii, herculaneam has a huge history behind them. It adds to the experience.
